Q. Do you develop sites to accept credit card transactions?

A. Yes we do. We work closely with the Web Hosting company (I have picked) to make credit card set transactions and e-commerce a simple task.
The E-commerce company we deal with will help you get a merchant account and set you up with the necessary tools to get your site earning you income.

A. Yes. The web site is not a dial up service. When creating a web site we use a hosting service. They provide server space, email, and other goodies for the web site and nothing else.
We can of course help you with dial up arrangements.

Q. I am having trouble with my web site. I would like to acquire your services. What does it take to change web hosting services and to change the domain name?

A. If you would like to change your services to us we can have a web hosting service set up within 24 hours.
Unfortunately switching the domain name to point to the new web host takes up to 2 days. We can take care of this also.

Q. If my place of business is in another country how would we do business?

A. Depending on the job we can either discuss over email or the telephone what you might need. We use the Post Office or other carriers for our delivery needs.

Q. Do you accept Contracting jobs for in-house and out-of-house projects?

A. Yes we do. If you have the need for someone to come into your company to help set up a Web Site and develop a Intranet, I do provide this service.

Q. After you have finished your work with a site do you provide support for updating material?

A. Yes we do. After we complete your site (Contacting or Free-lance) if you need to make changes in the future I will be there to help you. We do not abandon our clients and there are a range of maintenance packages that clients can choose from.

Q. Do you get your own professional Email account?

A. Yes you do. Actually you have unlimited email accounts. Basically you could have a email account for all of your employees. (First Email account is free. Every email account after is a small fee to set up).

Q. What about marketing my site on the internet after it is finished?

A. We also provide great resources to help get traffic to your site. They range from press releases, submitting to over 400 search engines to direct mail (non-spam direct mail). Most traffic is generated from the big ten search engines and Yahoo, we can make sure your site is visible by working hard to keep your page fresh and using the latest search engine rules

Q. What if I would like to track the statistic part of my site. Like how many visits I am getting, from what link, etc.

A. We setup a service called Live Stats that gives a detailed breakdown of who is visiting your site.
